These Terms govern use of NuLev, a nutrition follow-up platform used by nutrition professionals, clinic teams, and patients.

Platform use

Nutrition professionals and clinic teams must use the platform only for professional purposes, keep information accurate, use individual access credentials, and preserve patient data confidentiality. Patients should use the mobile app to follow guidance, consultations, reminders, measurements, photos, and questionnaires related to their nutrition care.

Clinical responsibilities

NuLev supports follow-up routines and does not replace professional assessment, diagnosis, medical care, emergency services, or individualized clinical decisions.

Account and security

Each user is responsible for protecting credentials, keeping account data updated, and reporting unauthorized access or suspected incidents.

Privacy

Personal data processing follows the current Privacy Policy. Optional consents may be revoked through available channels, without affecting processing required by law, contract, security, or health care where applicable.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for technical, commercial, legal, or security reasons. When relevant changes occur, NuLev may request new acceptance or highlight the new version in the apps.
