Account deletion
NuLev lets patients request deletion of their app account and associated personal data from inside the mobile app and from this public web resource.

Request deletion
To request deletion outside the app, email privacy support at suporte@nulev.com.br from the address linked to your patient account. Include your full name, account email, phone number if available, and the clinic or nutrition professional connected to your account.
What will be deleted
When your request is verified, NuLev will delete or anonymize account data and associated app data where deletion is permitted, including account contact details, app device registrations, reminder preferences, progress photos, follow-up responses, measurements, adherence logs, and other patient app records.
Data that may be retained
Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, professional care, or regulatory obligations. If retention is required, NuLev will limit retained data to the purpose that requires retention.
In-app deletion path
If you can still access the mobile app, sign in and go to Profile > Delete account and data to send an authenticated deletion request directly from NuLev.
