Response time

Purchases and subscription
- iOS: users should manage or cancel through Apple ID under Subscriptions.
- Android: users should manage or cancel through Google Play under Payments and subscriptions.
- The app offers purchase restoration on the Pro Plan screen.
Privacy requests
Users can delete the account in the app under Profile > Account, purchases and documents > Delete account. Requests for access, correction, export, and deletion can also be sent to the privacy email with the account email used in the app.
